Uhm, but I dont like this one, sorry. There've been enough -related comics so far to laugh about another one anymore. |

Hmmm... i have to agree with you peeps... saturation of jokes has drowned most of the comedy of it. I'm even tired of seeing them in the game now! Better than damn salamanders though... |

jokes have become so cliche that when I saw a darling little in a creek the other day, I burst out laughing. The joke was really funny in the the begining and that's why it got overused. |

Actually, I give this one an 'okay'. :-P Mostly because I'm anti-complaints. And I'd actually like to see more sensible -jokes, not just Monty or ' by '.
I think the best epitaph would actually be something like 'Dudley, killed by the .' I've never had my mail program set up properly for such a thing to be possible, but it sounds funny. |

Ratings, yes! And please people (writers), don't get discouraged if 3 out of 4 strips only get a mediocre rating.
Now, it would of course be nice to look at comics/ contributor so one could rate an entire "production line". The a contributor could also view a table of all his comic ratings.
Newts are overused, yes, probably nothing else than a "new" idea would get through anymore no matter how funny the joke is (i.e. start with a , which actually is a , turn the whole thing upside down). |

HEY! Answering the question for each rating is a real bummer. Even I get them wrong at times and you do need to think (visualize :-) for a few seconds each.
Maybe a correct answer could give you 5-10 goes before asking again? I would also put the rating under the comic to make it easier to rate. Then it's a bit hard to down to "answer" but ok, Dion, you get the picture, this is somewhat tedious at the moment (but a great addition).
Low risk strategy: If one would save the nameIP address of each poster together with a commentrating it would be fairly easy to remove a bunch of ¤%%&%& from the database? |

Woohoo, rating system!!!
Do I have to answer the question and/or write something when I want to rate? |

HEY!!! These don't work! Sometimes when there is for exemple 2 good rates and I rate mediocre, the other good-rate vanishes :? |

Hey Dion, I don't mean to give you yet more work, but I think the math you use to determine the average rating isn't right, or you aren't rounding correctly. Look: the previous comic currently has 0 votes for Poor, 1 for Mediocre, 1 for Fair, 3 for Good, and 1 for Excellent. Say we assign each possible score a value, so Poor is 0, Mediocre is 1, etc. Then we add up the value of each score, times the number of ratings with that score, and divide by the total number of ratings. ((0 x 0) + (1 x 1) + (2 x 1) + (3 x 3) + (4 x 1)) divided by 6 = 2 and 2 3rds, which rounds to 3, which is the Good rating. So why is the average rating Fair? |
