A crystal ballYou look into one of these and see _vapours swirling like
clouds_. These shortly clear away to show a sort of video
without sound of something that is going to happen to you
soon. It is seldom good news.

I'm pretty sure I get the =. It's The RingThree Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne,
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.

Well executed!

Rest in Peace, Dudley; killed by a cursed ring ofThree Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne,
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.

Slightly better than yesterday's poorly executed movie reference. M.

It was fair until I got the RingThree Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,

Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne,
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.

It was Poor until I was told about the reference (not like I know the source material anyway, as with last comic's), but this reference isn't as funny as the Ackbar trap reference. Sorry, still Poor.

I think this strip is better than the movie it references...
