Plague is "plaguing" us with off the wall humor (excuse the pun:) I think it's funny.

Wonderful :) I like this kind of humour, especially the rhyming. Great work, plague!

The rhyming is because it's a Robert Frost reference...or it's entirely a coincidence.

I say it shall die by mildly humours webOh what a tangled web we weave,
When first we practise to deceive!

If only there was a way to fit newts into the rhyme...

How very cute, to die by newt(kinds of) small animal, like a lizard, which spends most of
its time in the water.
        [ Oxford's Student's Dictionary of Current English ]

"Fillet of a fenny snake,
In the cauldron boil and bake;
Eye of newt and toe of frog,
Wool of bat and tongue of dog,
Adder's fork and blind-worm's sting,
Lizard's leg and howlet's wing,
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble."

I don't understand the commenting on these with comments such as "cute".

That makes no sense.

Someone's been reading too much B.C.

Maybe this is a meta-comic?

Even though I didn't quite get it entirely, I still think it was quite good. I don't know who posted all the "poor" reviews, but I think that's a little extreme.

Very, very funny. Not good enough for an excellent, though.
