Wait at sec... Can they change like that? I thought polymorph would only change an item into an item of the same type.

Correct, you can't polymorph food into armor. But come on, it's a comic strip.

Actually, weapons turn into weapons, food into food, etc. It'd make more sense that way.

BTW, Dudley sure knows how to use reverse psychology.
